Kick-off Restaurant Week in a vibrant celebration of culinary excellence and artistic flair at Antigua and Barbuda's Restaurant Week: Food & Art Experience!

The Annual Food Forum: “Nourishing the Future" is a one-day immersive event designed to gather chefs, food enthusiasts, tourism experts, hospitality leaders, and sustainability advocates.

Enjoy steelpan music, live entertainment, sundowner cocktails, passed appetizers, and a casual cookout prepared by visiting chefs Shorne Benjamin and Angel Barreto.

Chef and cookbook author Althea Brown, based in Aurora, Colorado, and originally from Guyana, will host an intimate cooking class at Loose Cannon, with cocktails that cover the history of roti, how it came to the Caribbean, and differences in preparation throughout the region. A copy of Brown’s cookbook, Caribbean Paleo, will be included with each ticket.

Join us as we celebrate Restaurant Week with the launch of the Pepperpot Rum Shop special curated menu hosted by Chef & Author Andi Oliver and Rum Expert and Global Ambassador Ian Burrell.

Antiguan chefs Omar Nicholas and Kareem Roberts will use local bullfoot, tamarind, black pineapple, lionfish, and more in a meal that reimagines national cuisine at the historic estate house-turned-hotel.

Join celebrity chef, Digby Stridiron and sommelier, Nadine Brown, for a four-course dinner and wine pairing at Sheer Rocks! This special menu will showcase Chef Digby's vast experience in Caribbean cuisine, as he joins forces with Sheer Rocks' head chef, Jamal Warner.

Four-time James Beard Award semifinalist and finalist, and Food & Wine Best New Chef Angel Barreto of Anju in Washington, DC will prepare a four-course Korean dinner at Carlisle Bay’s East restaurant. Sommelier Nadine Brown will pair wines with each course, while Baretto will add a signature item to East’s menu, which will be available during the month of May.

Dubbed one of the largest local food-themed events in Antigua and Barbuda, the farmers-themed event takes place on Mother’s Day during Restaurant Week and is a display of farm-to-table experiences, local food, music, and entertainment.

The Bay House Modern Caribbean Sunset Cocktail, designed by Bay House's Chef Dominique James in collaboration with Chef Kareem Roberts introduces and celebrates Bay House's innovative approach to Caribbean cuisine and mixology, with a fusion of tradition and creativity.
