Guests can vibe to the sounds of a live DJ coupled with sundowner cocktails, passed appetizers, and a casual cookout prepared by Wild Tamarind chef in collaboration with visiting chef Shorne Benjamin of Fat Fowl, who’s based in Brooklyn, New York and originally from St. Lucia and Angel Barreto of Washington, D.C.’s award-winning Anju restaurant.
